Company Policies

At Ocean of Jewels, we absolutely believe in and stand behind the quality of our products! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please return it within 30 days for a full refund!

Return Policy

We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. The packing slip that came with your order shows the final date by which we can accept the return. Because our great values change frequently as we locate new and exciting deals for you, our 30-day returns gives you time to return a purchase, while helping us to keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season.

Engraved or Personalized Bands

Rings that have been engraved cannot be returned because they have been personalized for you. All engraved band sales are final, unless there is a defect on the ring or a mistake in engraving, in which case your ring will be re-made, repaired, or re-engraved free of charge.

Special & Custom Orders

Special and custom ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes hand-made items, personalized or custom wedding bands, and any items that have been engraved, or altered in any way. If you are unsure of whether your item is a special order, please contact us before ordering.


Disclaimers

Ocean of Jewels reserves to right to reject any order at our discretion for any reason, especially related to orders that may be considered by us high risk or unverifiable, especially for credit cards orders or orders related to credit cards, such as credit card checks.

Ocean of Jewels reserves to right to determine whether a credit card purchase may be fraudulent or suspect and refuse an order if we feel that the order in question may be suspect.

Ocean of Jewels reserves to right to call customers at the contact phone number they provide in order to verify orders and/or to clarify any orders that need to be clarified or to let a customer know if we are out of stock on a particular item. However, Ocean of Jewels will not give out or sell any of our customer's information, including phone numbers, emails, or addresses. These are kept strictly private. Please be sure to
read our privacy policy.

In the case of a stock issue, Ocean of Jewels will contact you within a reasonable time if your item is out of stock. However, we cannot be responsible for items that are delayed due to stock issues or manufacturer delays.

Ocean of Jewels reserves the right to arbitrate and be represented in the courts of law in the state of California.
